Before you write about a bug
The help page covers the ten problems people hit most, including failed downloads, crashed exports on older phones, and transparent PNGs that come out white. If one of those matches, you will get an answer faster there than from us.
Worth knowing either way: covers are drawn inside your own browser and never reach our servers. That means we cannot look up what you made, recover a design you lost, or see an image you are asking about. Send a screenshot and we can work from that.
Things we cannot help with
- Recovering a design. Nothing is stored on our side. Use Copy a link to this design next time and the settings travel inside the link.
- Removing an image somebody else made. We never had a copy of it. Whoever is hosting it is who can take it down.
- Telling you whether a specific commercial use is legal. We can point you at the copyright notice, but we are not lawyers.
- Getting your artwork approved by a distributor. The album cover page lists what they check for, and that is as far as our influence goes.
Site owner: wiring up a real form This form deliberately uses your visitor's own email app, so it needs no backend and works on Cloudflare Pages as-is. If you want submissions delivered to an inbox instead, point the form at a Cloudflare Worker or a service like Formspree, and add spam protection before you do.
