Using this site means accepting these terms. They are short because the site is simple: it draws a picture in your browser and hands it to you.
What you may do
Use the generators as much as you like, for personal or commercial projects, without paying us or crediting us. The images you create are yours. We claim no ownership over your text or your output, and we do not add a watermark.
That said, our permission only covers our part. Whether a particular image is lawful for you to publish or sell depends on what you put in it. The copyright and trademark notice explains where that line usually sits.
What you may not do
- Use the site to create content that harasses, threatens or defames somebody.
- Create material that is unlawful where you are, or that sexualises minors.
- Pass the tool off as your own product, or rehost it as a copy at another domain.
- Attack the site: automated scraping at volume, attempts to break it, or anything designed to make it unavailable to others.
- Imply that we, Charli XCX, Atlantic Records or any other party endorse what you made.
Because covers are made entirely in your browser, we cannot see what anyone creates and cannot moderate it. Responsibility for what you make and where you post it sits with you.
The site is provided as it is
We do our best to keep the tool working on every browser, and we fix what people report. We cannot promise it will be available at all times, work on every device, or produce output that meets any particular requirement. It is offered without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
In particular, we do not guarantee that artwork made here will be accepted by any music distributor, print service or social platform. Their rules are theirs and they change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost data, rejected releases or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Links to other sites
We link to outside sources so you can check our facts. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version. If a change is significant, we will say what it is rather than quietly swapping the text.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, and disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction.
